LANDLORD’S CONSENT

 

We/I ______________________, the registered owners of the property civically described as (civic address) __________________________________________________________ (the “Property”) hereby consent to the installation of equipment and fibreoptic cables (the “Equipment”) by NanoFibre Networks Inc. in order to connect the Property to the NanoFibre network (“the Network”).  In order to obtain the ability for the Property to be connected to the Network, we/I grant an on-going irrevocable non-exclusive license to NanoFibre to access the Property to install and maintain the Equipment (the “License”).  The License shall be irrevocable with respect to the outdoor portion of the Property and shall, with respect to the indoor portion of the Property, terminate on the date that the Equipment is removed from the Property by NanoFibre.  The License is binding on subsequent owners and is non-revocable.

 

We/I agree that we/I will not interfere with, tamper with or damage the Network or the Equipment and that the Network and the Equipment remain the property of NanoFibre at all times.

 

We/I acknowledge that NanoFibre is relying on this consent to proceed to connect the Property to the Network and acknowledge that such installation may involve the modification of the Property to the extent reasonably necessary to connect the Property to the Network.

 

NanoFibre may assign the License, or any of its rights under this instrument, in whole or in part without our/my consent.

THIS DOCUMENT MUST BE SIGNED BY ALL REGISTERED OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY.
